Ordering & Customization

How do I place a custom order?

Placing a custom order is easy! Simply select the product you want, choose your customization options, and upload any necessary files or text. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us.

Can I see a proof before my item is engraved?

We do not send any finished engraved, embroidered or sublimated proofs. The only proof we can send if requested is a digital design proof. This ensures you’re happy with the design before the personalization process.

What file formats do you accept for custom designs?

We accept most common file formats, including SVG, PNG, JPG, and PDF.  Embroidery designs will need to be in a DST format.  If you're unsure about your file, send it to us at eaglestation@wabash.net , and we’ll let you know if any adjustments are needed. 

Do you offer bulk or business orders?

Yes! We offer bulk discounts for businesses, corporate gifts, and special events. Contact us at eaglestation@wabash.net for pricing and customization options.

Production & Shipping

How long does it take to make and ship my order?

Our standard production time varies by product but typically ranges from 5-7 business days sometimes sooner. Please keep in mind that turnaround time can also be longer during the holiday season or current production schedules. Shipping times depend on your selected shipping method and location.

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes, local pickup is available in Flora, Illinois. Please select the local pick-up option at checkout. An email with the address and pick up instructions will be emailed to you when your order is ready.

What shipping options do you provide?

We offer local pickup, standard and expedited shipping options. We only ship in the United States. Rates and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes! If you need an item quickly, please contact us before ordering, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Rush fees may apply.

Products & Materials

What materials do you engrave?

We specialize in engraving wood, metal, acrylic, leather, and select coated materials. If you have a custom material request, let us know!

Can you engrave handwritten messages or drawings?

Yes! We love creating sentimental pieces with handwriting or hand-drawn designs. Simply upload a clear image, and we’ll convert it for engraving.

Boards

Why is the engraving on my board lighter or darker than what is shown on your website?

Because our boards are made of all natural woods, the engraving will vary depending on the specific grains of that board. Each board will be unique and one of a kind.

Do you apply any finishes to your cutting/charcuterie boards?

No, we do not apply any type of finish to our boards.

Can I place my cutting/charcuterie board in the dishwasher?

No, please only hand wash boards with warm water and a sponge using soap. Hand dry with a dish towel. Refrain from leaving the board soaking in a sink or dish pan.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us via email at eaglestation@wabash.net

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t match your order details, please email us at eaglestation@wabash.net within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll work on a resolution.

Do you offer refunds on custom orders?

Because each piece is made to order, we do not offer refunds on custom items unless there is an error on our part.
